In My alerts, press “Send test alert”. If it lands in spam, mark it “Not spam” and add [email protected] to your contacts.
Cancel or get a refund
Cancel the monthly plan in My alerts. Refunds within 7 days of your first payment, no questions: see the refund policy.
Centre info looks wrong?
Tell us below with a link to the official page and we’ll fix it. For exam bookings and fees, contact the centre directly (details are on each centre page).
