How it works
Your first official language earns up to 34 points per skill (136 total) if you’re single, or 32 per skill (128) with an accompanying spouse. CLB 7 is worth 17 per skill single, CLB 9 is worth 31 and CLB 10+ is worth 34. Your second official language adds up to 6 per skill, capped at 24 (22 with a spouse).
On top of that, NCLC 7+ in all four French skills adds 25 points with English at CLB 4 or lower (or no English test), or 50 points with CLB 5+ in all four English skills. So strong French and English together can reach 136 + 24 + 50 = 210 language points.
