Is there a quieter time of year?
#Demand stays high all year, but a few patterns help:
- Right after a release, returned seats trickle back. Unpaid and cancelled places reappear in the following days, when fewer people are looking.
- Big French draws bring rushes. After a large French-language Express Entry round, more people book tests. Book before the rush, not after.
- Smaller centres fill more slowly. Pune, Kolkata, Halifax and Winnipeg often take hours or days, not minutes.
- Holiday periods have fewer sessions, so earlier and later dates fill faster.
